Job Description:To receive, sort, process, route and distribute incoming and outgoing material and supplies to departments on and off campus. Expedites processes by making decisions for efficiency.

Security sensitive; three-year driving record and criminal background checks conducted on selected candidate. Hiring decision is contingent upon applicant clearing background and driving record requirements.
• To perform various manual tasks necessary for the receipt, collection, and distribution of materials and supplies. Prepares outgoing shipments by labeling and arranging for delivery.
• Work as a team member to collect, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing materials and supplies to departments on and off campus. Receives requisitions, checks for completeness and proper authorization.
• Operates university vehicle when making pickups and deliveries on predetermined schedules and routes. Records vehicle mileage and reports all accidents and maintenance of vehicle (cleaning and repairs) to immediate supervisor or appropriate personnel.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED. Six months of work experience. Familiarity with office and postal equipment, stock handling and maintaining records.
