Cath Lab Tech Onboarding OverviewCath Lab Techs (CLTs) graduate from accredited schools and then proceed to practice in hospital settings. They have been trained with hands on and simulations, but are not ready to work independently as a newly graduated radiology tech or cath lab tech. New CLTs generally orient for up to 6 months. Offer interprofessional classes with Cath Lab and OR nurses and CSTs.
Offer content by clinical experts including OR educators, staff, techs and others.
