Location: Baltimore, MD Category: Staff Posted On: Mon Oct 28 2019 Job Description:Notre Dame of Maryland University is seeking a Title III Technology Coordinator for Student Success to support the Title III Director of Student Success and will be responsible for assisting with organizing and implementing NDMU's Specialized Technology to Advance and Renew Teaching and Learning (START-L) Title III-supported program. The START-L program includes: implementation of a comprehensive early-alert/case management system for student support; roll-out of a new Early College model, as well as accelerated-degree options; training and professional development for faculty and staff on technology and advising to create a corps of "Technology and Advisement Fellows;" and expansion of successfully-proven academic enrichment resources and techniques to benefit NDMU's historic Women's College population. This is a grant-supported, full-time position subject to the continued availability of funding throughout the project period. Primary functions of this position include: Oversees development and launch of Ellucian Advise and related systems. Requires a good understanding of basic SQL reporting and analytics techniques, preferably using Microsoft SQL, SAP Business Objects, and related reporting/analytics tools. Experience utilizing a CRM-type tool Job Requirements:The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education or in information technology or a related field and experience in systems integration via technology. Experience training individuals and groups to utilize technology systems is needed. Experience working with a multi-faceted network/case management system for student success and retention. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with others. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Additional Information:Normal office environment. Some overtime may be required.
