• *This position will support West Coast hours and will require a work schedule from 10am-7pm EST**Finance of America Commercial LLC (FACo) has an opening in its Charlotte, NC office for a Business Partner Processing & Licensing Specialist.

This person will lead efforts of support and service for our internal and external business partners for Finance of America Commercial.

FACo provides financing for investors who buy, renovate, rent, and sell non-owner occupied residential real estate, including rental and fix & flip properties.

We lend nationwide and offer industry-leading products, rates, and customer service.

The Company is embarking on an extremely aggressive growth plan across retail, broker, and referral partner channels.

Job Responsibilities:Provide customer service and support for internal and external wholesale channel and referral partners, to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently.

Assist in database management and maintain records for contacts and accounts.

Perform diligence on new partners including setup, background, and organizational structure analysis.

Collect and maintain license data for Wholesale Partners in accordance with varying state regulations for brokers.

Complete quality control checklists for all wholesale loans in process.

Ensure accurate fee payout to wholesale and referral partners on loan completion.

Monitor all pipelines in a productive manner, provide timely follow up on suspended or missing items, and document all communication and notes in the system for accurate reporting.

Apply experienced problem-solving techniques to successfully address and resolve issues for internal and external wholesale channel and referral partners.
