Job Responsibilities

We’re seeking a motivated full time Energy Field Consultant to help build our dynamic service firm.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

On-site evaluations of residential properties to determine energy efficiency within the scope of the RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) Standards under the direction of EPA.

This role also includes diagnostic testing with Blower Door and Duct Tester and submission of all data to company HERS Rater.

Communicate daily with immediate supervisor.

Maintain a positive, communicative relationship with clients.

Upload all testing results and documentation into Sharepoint and Alpha Track daily.

Updating, analyzing and researching solutions.

Assist with training new and existing teammates.

Ongoing communication between team members for quality purposes.

Return all calls and emails from clients promptly and within the same business day.

Preparing reports.

Continued focus on improvement and learning of technical knowledge.

Be proactive towards client needs and site issues.

Update and educate clients on current regulations and amendments.

Educate clients on all of Alpha EMC services as well as work with Alpha EMC management to bring additional value to clients related to new services.

Stay knowledgeable and current

Job Requirements

AA/AS Degree or Trade/Vocational Degree

Knowledge of general construction and environmental regulations is a plus

Strong attention to detail

Must have dependable transportation

Positive team player

Demonstrated work ethic
