A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL

As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you play the vital role of being the main line of communication with our clients. Thanks to our robust initial and ongoing training programs, you are able to provide our clients with competent service. You are self-motivated and respected by the attorneys, taking on a role more similar to a junior attorney than an office manager. You get to help manage and execute legal estate plans.

You greet each prospect and client with a warm, down-to-earth smile, helping them feel at ease. In addition to in-person appointments with clients, you also communicate with clients via email and telephone on a daily basis.

At these reviews you will help update existing legal plans and find additional legal opportunities. Your organizational skills also help you excel in this position as you do help with task management, appointment scheduling, and event workshop support. You're always up for a challenge and thrive in our fast-paced environment!
