We have an immediate opening for an Operations Manager to join our Denver PMC team. Specific responsibilities include:
• Interviews, hires, trains, and supervises Denver Service Representatives
• Promotes a sense of teamwork and cooperation among employees and management
• Directs and controls assigned operations and information to maintain sound privacy and security practices and prevent privacy or security breaches. Promptly reports any breaches.
• Interacts with medical professionals in the community
• Enters and extracts information in the computer system
• Direct supervisor of Denver Service Representatives and Warehouse Manager. Must be able to assist when staffing is low due to vacations, illness, etc.
• Ensures the quality and safe delivery of medical equipment to patients
• May perform equipment set-ups in patient homes/facilities
• Responsible for maintaining fleet of leased vehicles including establishing routine preventive maintenance schedule.
• Required to be available to the on-call staff and/or take on-call when required to provide service to patients.
• Performs Service Representative duties when necessary.
• Responds promptly to all coprorate communications
• Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have:
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience with Lincare/SMS/Premier or similar industry required.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Responsible and cooperative attitude
• Neat and clean personal appearance
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to accept, utilize, and perform supervision
• Strong communication and teaching sklls
• Good knowledge of durable medical products and supplies
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lincare/Premier's policies and procedures preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with computer systems
• Commercial Driver's License with Hazardous Endorsement required, or the ability to obtain same.
• Ability to work closely as a team leader and provide excellent services to our customers
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 120 pounds
