Provide analytical and credit support in accordance with Commercial Loan policies and procedures. Spreads and performs limited analysis of financial statements, including cash flows, performance ratios, and performs to assist Underwriter in developing assessments of strengths and weaknesses pertaining to a borrower's past and future performance. Determines compliance with financial and non-financial covenants in accordance with CAM (Credit Approval Memorandum) and corresponding Loan Documents. Completes necessary reporting documentation and makes recommendations to assigned underwriter or Supervisor, as appropriate, to ensure timely recognition, tracking, and correction of possible violations/breaches. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent education and/or experience. Completion of Financial Institution Credit Training program. Minimum of two (2) years of commercial credit analysis including spreading of financial statements for businesses or comparable training and experience. Current knowledge of Federal, State financial regulations and statutes pertaining to all types of commercial lending, i.e. real estate, middle market, SBA, C&I. Knowledge of Personal Computer operations including Microsoft Office and related software and spreadsheet applications such as, Excel. Understanding and knowledge of commercial lending, including credit analysis of financial information and administration of loan documentation. A proactive approach for improving the efficiency of the department. Strong customer service and communication (verbal, written, listening) skills. Able to work in a high volume environment, maintaining a professional demeanor. Effective verbal and written communicative skills, including public speaking and interviewing experience. Able to take initiative and make independent decisions in the best interest of the Credit Union and Member. Works independently in a high paced, deadline driven environment. Organize duties and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
