As a Cyber Security Lead, you will be accountable for all security-related compliance and delivery for an Air Force project. You will work with senior management focusing specifically on ensuring Perspecta meets our client's security requirements. The ASO understands security policy and operational execution and plans and directs our overall security program for a client.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversees and manages the scope of work for the Security SME and Security Tools Administrator.
• Provides oversight of Cybersecurity Validation Testing.
• Responsible for leading the Risk Management Framework "RMF" and team supporting an Air Force (AF) project using the Air Force RMF methodology incorporated within the Classified AF Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system
• Interacting with the Government assigned RMF personnel, plus ability to participate in Cybersecurity working groups and meetings.
• Document all Cybersecurity test procedures in the Security Assessment Plan (SAP andall compliance results in the Security Assessment Report.
• Responsible for ensuring the inputs satisfy the assessment and authorization of the RMF requirements process that will lead to an Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) and a full Authority to Operate (ATO) from the AF Authorizing Official assigned to the system.
• Document and use all applicable DISA Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) andSecurity Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) as part of the overall security control assessment.
• Ability to provide classification guidance on classified and unclassified information to ensure proper handling and protection.
• Matrixed manager for the first-line Service Management Center team's security-related duties.
• Oversees and manages the scope of work for the Security SME and Security Tools Administrator.
• Provide people care to security team resources under their direct supervision
• Validate resources have the skills, knowledge and experience they need to be successful
• Establish Goals and Objectives for their direct resources


Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of information technology experience and at least 5 years of progressive information security experience with a focus on Federal Government projects.
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in the following:
• Conducting network and network security assessments and documenting the results using NIST SP 800-53A
• Completing security plans
• Recommending Security Controls for Federal Information Systems
• Documenting recommendations to correct security weaknesses resultingfrom security assessments and tracking implementation of correctiveactions
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Strong understanding of related technologies and significant knowledge of networking technologies, operating systems, and security tools, tactics, techniques, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience with increasing responsibility in an Information Security or Compliance Leadership Role

• At minimum have an Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II or above (CAP, CISM, CISSP, GSLC)
• Has at least four (4) years of Cybersecurity related experience or at a minimum be Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certified IAW Table

C3.T4 of DoD 8570.01-M. (Ref PWS 3.4.5)
• Has at least 4 years of experience in supporting Computer Network Defense (CND) and/or network system

• SECRET - verified through Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
