Description:

Randstad is proud to partner with a small, growing law firm specializing in Wills, Trusts and Asset Protection in the Davie/Fort Lauderdale area looking for a Legal Admin to join the team. This office has a fun and friendly culture with a family like environment.

Responsibilities:
??? Answer phones and pass along messages, with detail and accurate information
??? Contact professionals and schedule appointments for attorney
??? Screen prospective clients to first provide applicable questionnaire(s)
??? Collect and distribute all incoming mail and other packages
??? Verify that each client call is resolved within 48 hours
??? Confirm all appointments the day before their meeting
??? Make daily appointments for attorney
??? Scan incoming mail and documents as needed
??? Keep record of client communication
??? Order supplies
??? Keep kitchen, restroom and conference room stocked
??? Serve as witness for all final signing meetings
??? Assist with all seminars (most of which are after-hours), including
??? Reminder calls to prospective workshop attendees
??? Registration of prospective workshop attendees in the appropriate Workshop Registration sheet,
??? Entering the information accurately in the Prospect database on the same day.
??? Attending workshops to greet attendees and make follow up appointments
??? Follow-up post workshops with attendees
??? Make every effort to reschedule appointments for prospects that call to cancel. Use the Cancellation script when prospects refuse to reschedule. Immediately report any cancellations to your Supervisor and/or the Marketing Coordinator, as appropriate.
??? Participate in weekly staff meetings, including providing input to law firm operations and procedures.
??? Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Mac Mail.
Proficiency upkeep of client files, data entry, document automation, etc.

Proofing Exercise required.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
Pleasant, warm personality, energetic, highly professional attitude, appearance and attire, and team-oriented. Excellent verbal communication. Loves to work with people, particularly elderly people. A strong background in customer service is preferred. Bi-lingual (English ??? Spanish), Notary and non-smoker preferred.
