About The Job This position will be responsible for supporting the Global Sales Incentive Compensation program. As part of a team, responsibilities focus on ensuring accuracy with program administration and reporting. Additionally, this position will support efforts to incentivize the engagement with new business opportunities and revenue pull through of existing accounts. Specifically, you'll do the following: Responsibilities include identification and recommendation of improvements to existing processes and procedures for establishing targets and reporting results Reports and analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other key metrics used as part of the incentive compensation program Develops and continually refines reports providing both detail and summary level performance related to the program Validates data and ensures reliability of the data source in the process Works with Field Sales to ensure account portfolios are accurately maintained Contributes to the development of all levels, from high level to detailed custom reporting, used by IC program participants as well as the Global Sales leadership team Develops and delivers analysis and insights with actionable recommendations that drive strategic and tactical decisions Participates in business intelligence activities to ensure necessary data is captured Performs other duties as required Qualifications Required Qualifications Strong commitment to delivering high quality results Superior analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management required Resourceful, creative thinker; proactive in suggesting improvements and ideas Highly experienced with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and as well as BI tools Skilled in advanced Excel capabilities such as pivot tables, slicers, macros, etc. Must be willing to travel on company business if and when necessary Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and security requirements, if applicable Preferred Qualifications Experience using data retrieval and visualization methods and tools CRM experience preferred Additional Locations: None Requisition ID: 30612 Nearest Major Market: Fort Worth Nearest Secondary Market: Dallas Job Segment: Field Sales, CRM, Business Intelligence, Sales, Technology
