As we grow, CaaStle is looking for talented people who are excited to work in a dynamic, fast growing environment and who believe in our Values: Do the Right Thing by People Connect the Dots Differently Make Hard Choices for Long Term Growth Winning is a Shared Experience What you'll do:Coach and motivate a team up to 40 team members to achieve desired results to meet productivity, teamwork, safety, quality with a focus on CaaStle values and our customers Foster an environment of internal customer resolution, as well as exemplary company customer service Track daily productivity and balance departmental workflow Partner with peers to ensure all operational needs of the buildings are met including flexing labor Build team first environment within department Ensure operational and quality results oriented ideation and planning is fostered and continuously improved; generate creative solutions to identify improvements in processes Drive growth and development in yourself and others through project ownership, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytics Foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued We'd love for you to have:3 years of experience in operations (supervisor, lead experience required) Bachelors degree (strongly preferred) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Familiarity with G-Suite, Netsuite, WMS (Manhattan), JIRA (ticketing system), and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and execution skill set Quick problem-solving ability Multi-tasking Even if you don't meet all of these qualifications above, we'd still love to hear from you.
