We strive to find the best and brightest talent for each position within our organization, enabling the unique qualitites of each individual to shine and compliment the entire team.ObjectiveThe Senior Fuel Sales Representative is responsible for increased company sales, building relationship with new prospects, and working to retain existing customer base.Responsibilities and Duties+ Develop customer relationships through regular contact and excellect service+ Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer's value to the organization+ Plan and organize personal sales strategy+ Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting logistics and technical service groups+ Provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services+ Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, in all product and services areas+ Assist the General Manager writing business proposals+ Assist in developing marketing literature and website content+ Resolve customer service issues+ Cross-selling other Million Air Services and Locations when appropriate+ Remain available to management and customers during non-business hoursReasonable accomodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function.Competencies+ Customer Focus-naturally outgoing/extroverted. Senior Fuel Sales Representative will also work closely with Millin Air Interlink Sales Team frequently.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job to include but not limited to:+ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds+ Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, and walk throughout the facility to interact with customers+ Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machineryPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is an exempt position.This position may require working evenings and weekends, and on company scheduled holidays.TravelTravel is expected for this position at the direction of the General Manager. Possible travel may include industry trade shows, sales opportunities, and assisting other locations.Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications+ 5-7 years experience in account prospecting/selling environment required.
