We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Technical Service Representative 1. This is a call center-type position and will work out of a cubicle.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Works with customers and internal management team to resolve daily technical issues relating to laptop repairs
• Verifies accuracy of information in unit s traveler form, indicating issue with unit
• Receives and stores units which have been put on hold
• Takes pictures of units and uploads through customer website
• Reads and responds to emails from customer, client and internal personnel
• Communicates by phone and email to customer for resolution of holds
• Obtains customer s resolution and communicates desired actions with repair line
• Assists in verifying and receiving approval for charges to customers
• Works with customers to locate units and inform them of repair status
• Manages customer escalations and works to resolve issues to complete repair process
• Daily interaction with operations and materials groups
• Assists with other action items as assigned by the department manager

Education, Training and Skills:
• High school diploma required
• Associates degree within relative field, preferred
• Minimum 2 years customer service skills within relative field
• Experience in electronics repair or manufacturing environment, preferred
• Must be able to communicate clearly in writing & in conversation
• Must be able to perform multiple duties and complete assigned duties with deadlines
• Experience utilizing MS office (intermediate excel, work, outlook, powerpoint)
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Filemaker preferred
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
