The Marketing Project Manager for Medicaid marketing is responsible for supporting marketing and marketing communications by developing marketing strategy and project support throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides strategic counsel on digital best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
Develops and manages project timelines which include developing and tracking projects and campaigns, building and managing issues and action logs and identifying potential roadblocks.
Supports job intake and monitoring, and the documentation and development of SharePoint sites, job intake forms and material catalogues.
Develop requirements, data grids and segmentation strategy through the efficient handling of complex data sets.
Develop digital communications in a content management system.
Develops functional specifications and requirement documents by composing clear, high level business requirements and campaign workflows, and participating in detailed system requirements sessions with IT, vendors, marketing operations and other business partners.
Monitors print and email delivery auditing and reporting, as well as online activity tracking reports.
Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Ability to report, manage and analyze data in Excel, MS Access a plus.
Intermediate to advance level proficiency in MS Project and/or JIRA project management tools.
Familiarity and background managing projects in a marketing/marketing communications operations environment.
Experience with content builder and email management platforms.
Experience tracking and reporting marketing communications.
Development of InfoPath or similar intake forms, SharePoint sites and material catalogues.
