What Direct Sales contributes to Cardinal Health
Direct Sales, Territory Management is responsible for driving sales and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face or telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives. Responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.

Accountabilities
• Responsible for managing multiple facility call points including hospital, home health and medical groups in the California region
• Drive Ostomy, Urological and Wound Care patient count/revenue by selling the Edgepark DME distribution services and value proposition
• Call on DME Coordinators, Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses (WOCN), Clinical Managers and Nurses at the 3 main call points
• Thrive in a complex selling environment with a complex grouping of target facilities
• Manage territory and take over entire responsibility of revenue generation for the California area
• Must be confident in the sales process and have a proven history of sales performance
• Must be comfortable developing relationships over the phone and in person
• Responsible for hitting sales and performance targets, including minimum daily call interactions via phone
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must exhibit superior organizational skills, resilience and enthusiasmQualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Min 4+ years related sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time
• Proven sales performance
