This is a full-time position. Licensure in State of Kentucky is required within one year. The Associate Director shares responsibilities with the Director for the leadership of the Counseling Center, with an emphasis on the management of clinical services and records, including data collection. The Associate Director manages the office in the absence of the Director and supervises other clinical members of the Counseling Services staff, along with the other Associate Director. This staff member will be responsible for providing therapy services to U of L students, including individual, group, couples, crisis intervention, and assessment. Associate Director will provide clinical supervision for at least one graduate student trainee when needed. Duties also include collaboration with Campus Health psychiatry and other University departments, along with consultation with faculty, staff, students, and parents. Associate Director will provide outreach presentations and participate in campus-wide events to provide information and increase the Center's visibility. Equal Employment Opportunity
