Due to tremendous growth, we are looking to add an Electronic Health Records Administrator. The Electronic Health Records Administrator is responsible for all aspects of administration and support of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure it is effectively utilized at all ADVENT locations.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Act as point of contact and support for all staff members working in the EHR Program
• Responsible for all projects within the EHR program and ensures that they are defined, tracked, and communicated in a consistent and effective manner
• Establishes and oversees all data entry policies for the EHR system; creates and maintains business rules to ensure the highest quality of data is maintained
• Establishes and maintains a process for reviewing, assessing, and approving proposals requesting changes or additions to existing forms, workflows, or reports
• Ensures the addition or removal of approved user access and permissions in a timely manner and according to ADVENT policy
• Work with the regional quality coordinator, overseeing all clinic go-live implementations for establishing and managing the EHR deployment at new facility openings
• Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for the ADVENT University Team to ensure an effective EHR training plan is created that covers current end users, super users, system admins, and all future hires
• Responsible for analyzing the needs and requests of users and departments and designing, building, testing, and deploying dashboards, forms and reports to meet those needs
• Communicates any changes or outages within the EHR system to the affected users

To ensure the best fit, your prior work experience will include:
• Bachelors' degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 3 years using an EHR or case management software platform
• Minimum of 2 years administering a database (preferably in Microsoft Access, SQL, or equivalent) with responsibility for data import & mapping, data cleanup, and data export
• Minimum of 2 years of using Microsoft Excels' graphing, pivot table, and other advanced data visualization and data manipulation functions
• Two years of project management experience that demonstrates a track record of working with multiple projects on differing timelines
• Experience in the development and training of employees on EHR systems
• Highly collaborative individual with excellent teamwork skills
• Demonstrates exceptional initiative and ability to anticipate issues and deliver solutions
