Position: Corporate Recruiter

Purpose of Position: Addison Group is working in partnership with our well established and prestigious client, in search of an experienced and well rounded Corporate Recruiter.

Essential Functions
• Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and various business unit hiring managers to determine and qualify recruiting needs
• Define, develop, and execute a creative recruitment strategy including sourcing, writing and publishing job descriptions, attending industry networking events, and social media recruiting
• Contribute to redefining recruitment processes inlcuding employer branding, social media, revamping job descriptions, and the candidate experience
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle inlcluding negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of recruiting across all business units
• Strong communication skills, and an ability to quickly build rapport with people
• Prior experience working in a startup environment
• Experience developing creative strategies/sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates and fill difficult positions, including proactive phone and internet research
• The ability to multitask and prioritize
• Work well in fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Flexibility, self-direction, motivation, and an ability to effectively communicate with employees and management at all levels
