The primary role of the Tour Motorcoach Operator is to provide safe transportation for guests and their luggage. Tour Motorcoach Operators share the responsibility with the Tour Director/Guide of ensuring a safe, fun, and informative tour experiences, and are supported by our 24/7/365 Dispatch Center.

A Tour Motorcoach Operator duties include but are not limited to:

Ensuring the safe operation of the motorcoach:
• Provide safety information to guests in regards to the motorcoach and ensure the safety of all passengers
• Loading and unloading luggage from the motorcoach storage areas
• Assisting guests as they embark and disembark the motorcoach
• Maintaining all required Department of Transportation Vehicle Inspection Reports and Electronic Logs
• With outside support, maintain interior/exterior cleanliness of motorcoach, including restrooms
• With outside support, perform maintenance on the motorcoach while on the road away from home terminal
• Tour Motorcoach Operators' primary responsibility is SAFETY.
• Operators are required to be punctual and professional
• Complete other tasks as assigned by Operations staff

Applicants must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for a Tour Bus Operator position:
• Possess a current Commercial Drivers License (Class A or B) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements
• Have a thorough understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Have current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card, or successfully pass a DOT physical
• Minimum 23 years of age to meet insurance requirements
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment, random, post-accident, and just cause drug & alcohol testing
• Must be able to handle baggage and able to lift 50 - 75 pounds repeatedly
• Must be a U.S. citizen or able to provide verification of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Successfully complete a driver training program and pass all associated tests
• Have a minimum of 2 years motorcoach driving experience
