Your New Role:
This highly-respected law firm employs attorneys in a number of practice areas and represents educational entities, non-profits, and other mission-driven organizations. They’re looking to add an Education Associate Attorney to their lineup to handle employment law, collective bargaining, and constitutional matters. Among these, you’ll touch on FERPA, Title IX, Section 504, ADA, and Title VI matters. You’ll develop this part of the practice while representing public educational entities in both federal and state courts. It’s an integral role within the firm where you’ll get to take on a variety of fascinating cases.
