Position Overview

This individual will be the primary product management liaison with multiple departments and stakeholders (both internal and external) to address product needs and requests. The individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining product documentation while designing and implementing the organizational structure in which the documentation will reside.

Essential Job Functions
• Creates and maintains product documentation, including rules of play, submission material, system manuals, schematics, marketing collateral, etc.
• Initial point of contact for most internal and external product requests/submissions and responsible for routing respective communication and action items through proper channels
• Tracks and updates current and upcoming projects, tasks, and requests using our ERP and documentation repository
• Creates an efficient and streamlined organizational structure for existing documentation repository
• Develops and maintains documentation templates to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of deliverables
• Collaborates with multiple departments to create necessary documentation and collateral
• Gathers information through research and departmental resources to produce desired materials
• Communicates all aspects of the product roadmap
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications
• Must exhibit great focus and attention-to-detail in all projects within a dynamic environment
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must have the ability to multitask by handling multiple routines and impromptu projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to be licensed in approved gaming jurisdictions
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and familiarity with task management tools, such as NetSuite
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills​​​​​​​
• Effective and creative problem solving and analytic skills​​​​​​​
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field
• At least 2 years of casino gaming experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience of problem assessment, diagnosing the situation, and identifying alternatives

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
• Must occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc.
• Constantly use hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, etc.
• Must be able to articulate concepts and ideas in a clear, concise and accurate manner
