Le Moyne College, Syracuse, NY, is accepting applications for a full time Executive Assistant to the VP for Mission and Integration and to provide support to the Office of the President. Responsibilities include providing a wide variety of clerical support to the President's Office, as appropriate and necessary to ensure that the services and functions of the office are carried out in an efficient and professional manner. The Executive/Administrative Assistant has specific focus on providing front-line customer service for the President's Office (which includes the President, Provost, Vice President for Institutional Advancement, and Vice President of Mission Integration) through answering the office phone and greeting guests; providing support to the President, Vice President for Institutional Advancement (VP IA), Vice President for Mission Integration, and Special Assistant to the President in terms of overseeing calendar management to schedule and arrange appointments and meetings and assisting in coordinating various special events under the auspices of the College and/or the President's Office.

Candidates must possess an Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; three (3) to five (5) years experience clerical experience in an executive-level office setting preferably in a college or university setting; excellent oral, interpersonal, written, and computer skills; experience scheduling and managing appointment calendars; and ability to work nights and weekends when necessary for events.
