CADILLAC REMOTE FIELD TEAM REPRESENTATIVE

As part of a remote team representing Cadillac, the focus will be on supporting Cadillac's dealership partners. Working in conjunction with both regional and zone teams as well, will be focused on promoting vehicle sales & marketing support, consultation with Cadillac specific programs & initiatives (such as Project Pinnacle standards), leveraging Cadillac Moments cultural training, as well as developing future Cadillac initiatives.
Work involves a considerable amount of creativity, perception and wide latitude for independent actions, including significant independent judgment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTABILITIES

Interface with approximately 55 assigned Cadillac dealerships to both proactively consult and provide support
Dealership contacts utilizing various communication devices and technologies (phone, text, email, screen share, and IM)
Build strong relationships with dealers' operators, dealer managers, Cadillac regional offices and Cadillac/GM zone teams
Understanding our business partner's needs, establishing credibility, and taking accountability for delivering value to each business contact
Facilitating and consulting with dealers to ensure monthly/yearly objectives are met, as well as accomplishing other dealership goals
Work with dealers to improve profitability through marketing, merchandising, and operations consulting
Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between the dealer and Cadillac
Communicate with all dealerships in the assigned territory monthly
Build and maintain friendly, high trust relationships with internal network and resources while acting with integrity, showing respect for others, and demonstrate an ability for teamwork
Drive Retail Sales Targets for Assigned area; Objectives & Metrics obtainment
Travel on occasion
Mobile Willingness to relocate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: THE MIDDLE LEVEL Solid grasp of processes and support systems behind them 2-4 years of experience

Develop and Run District motivational activities to achieve business objectives
Better understanding of Marketing Co-op and usage of those dollars
o Assist dealers in creating an advertising promotion and push them to execute it for desired results
Understands the Cadillac Vehicle Order Management System (VOMS) and can speak to reports
Understands Internet Lead Reports (Certified Internet Dealer system)
Basic understanding of Local Marketing Associations (LMAs)
o Understand direction and why
Can review Dealers Sales Effectiveness report with confidence
o Better understanding impact of competitive makes
Analyze dealership Customer Satisfaction Index reports
Understand performance metrics (Field Performance report
